With Christmas quickly approaching, I thought I would mention one of my favorite online shopping haunts... it is called The Sundance Catalog Company.
Robert Redford founded the company in 1969 with the earnings from the film, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Found at the base of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains in Salt Lake City, Utah, originally opened as a general store, mail order became available in 1989. Now, some 30 plus years later we can shop online for the unique offerings of artisan's from all over the world!
Redford's dedication to the arts, the environment, and human rights is obvious in each item offered by the Catalog. Products ranging from home decor to jewelry and clothing, many of them handcrafted exclusively for Sundance. Artist's submissions from all over the globe are carefully considered before being selected for the Catalog. Along with a strict adherence to third world country labor laws, any product selected must meet the high standards of Redford's philosophies.
Most noteworthy of the offerings at Sundance is the jewelry. Beautiful pieces of sterling silver, gold and every gem imaginable handcrafted by some the most well-known jewelry artists in the country.
When buying from Sundance you are supporting craftspeople from all over the world, the Sundance Institute for development of new artists in film, music, dance and theater, and efforts to improve and preserve the environment.

I'm looking for a belgian brickmaker's table...?
These great looking tables have straight metal open frames with wooden shelves, and industrial looking wheels. Sometimes they are tall - also coffee tables and sofa tables. Sundance Catalog has one, but it doesn't have the wheels. Any suggestions?
